Is it legal to carry a "Telescopic Baton" (ASP) in the State of Pennsylvania?
arent these for policemens ??
even cops not even allowed to carry this stuff when they are off duty... what makes u think carrying any sort of weapon is legal ?

Reply:Nope, had one taken from me years back. Just keep it in it's holder. I was carrying it in my hand through a bad neighborhood and a cop saw it and took it from me and said they were illegal. I don't think you can get in any real trouble.
