Are ASP extendable batons legal to carry for self defense?

depends on where you are at-carry a cane-it is legal anywhere and can be very effective-pal

Are ASP extendable batons legal to carry for self defense?
The only people I see carry them are cops or in the movies. I would not recommend carrying anything you can eat.
Reply:There probably isn't a law in your state prohibiting you from carrying one, but... it is considered a dangerous weapon, so if it hidden on your person, you could be looking at Carrying a Concealed Weapon.





Same thing if you have one hidden under the seat of your car.





Check you local laws for pepper spray, it is easier to carry and very effective.
Reply:not for self defense, but you can have it with you for arm and wrist therapy to build up your strength from a past injury or a reset of a broken bone, by using the device as a twirling baton!!!!!!
