How to make an ASP webpage on Dreamweaver in Windows XP HOME EDITION???
Well, as far as I know, you need to have IIS (Internet Information Service) installed, and I really doubt that XP-Home comes with this service, as its for use with Servers only...

It only comes with XP-Pro %26amp; XP-MCE...

So, basically, you can design your site via Dreamweaver, but to test, you have to upload your website to a Server that supports ASP, check out where the errors are (if any) and debug/alter them...

Otherwise, download a Web Server Application...

Some ar elisted below:

- Abyss Web Server (FREE):

- Easy File Sharing Web Server (File Sharing Server):

- NetServe WebServer Professional:

Hope that answers your question...
Reply:So your problem is that you don't have IIS on XP Home edition. Your best bet would be to upgrade to XP pro. Or change your solution to work with php, then you can install in apache. Or change your solution to java and you can use tomcat.
